Watch the state of North Carolina for the next 24-48 hours.. specifically the area within the circumference of Newport / Morehead City North Carolina.

To see the outbreak--- follow almost ANY of the links below.. look in North Carolina -- clearly a frequency spike (what I call a "HAARP ring") .. which is rotating with CURVED frequency being detected....

The "curve" is actually a "vortex" cone shaped / dome shaped. Imagine it like a 3D bubble coming up from the ground .. that is spinning at a high speed.. generating HIGH RF (radio frequency) and subsequent magnetism in the surrounding charged atmosphere.

The atmosphere itself is 'charged' by spraying magnetic and aluminum particles into the air -- which then allows the air to be "manipulated" once it is saturated with this fine particulate substance (sprayed as aerosols from airplanes).
